BCIT Mechanical responded to my request for AC repair super quickly on a Sunday night and was able to squeeze me in for an appointment in a timely manner. The technician arrived on time and replaced the capacitor quickly, which in turn made the unit start working again. The cost of the repair was more than fair and what some companies would've charged just to come out, and we even received a discount for my husband being in law enforcement (which is super cool!). I expected the process of getting the unit repaired to be very different and I am so thankful for the quality of customer service and work BCIT Mechanical provided!

We needed a new AC put into our home, never had one. Found a gem; BCIT Mechanical, gave us a bid. Wasn’t the lowest bid we had. But we went with them based on the equipment they bid for us, but also clarifying that they would put any equipment we wanted into our home. They did an amazing job with the installation, and couldn’t recommend them enough. Great job!!

Did an absolutely incredible job on one of the strip malls we manage, getting a few items replaced, and the rest of our package units clean as a whistle. All the tenants couldn’t be more pleased, as they all reportedly notice a difference in the energy bills, as well as the smell emanating from the vents. Will hire over and over and over again. Wish we could give them 6 stars

Very Incredible company to work with; we were in an emergency situation that needed our heat put back online. As the furnace had failed on a pretty snowy and cold day. BCIT was there to help within the hour, and I'm sure glad we chose them to give us their honest opinion on the condition of the furnace. We had them replace it, got it all fixed up, and I will be calling this company again. I suggest you do the same.

BCIT Mechanical came out and inspected my furnace for my move, everything checked out and it’s all cleaned up nice and neat. Gave me a few suggestions, and I’m passing them onto the home buyers. They are opting into a few things it sounds like, and I will definitely be using BCIT on my next house as well. Clean and diligent workers. Very pleased with their services.

Can’t believe how much dirt they pulled out of my ducts, it’s incredible! I honestly do feel a lot better in the morning, and less congested as well. They did a terrific job, and now they do all our hvac maintenance as well. Feel loads better, and more comfortable in my own home.
